3. **side note: Since this was my first experience at this hotel, I can't comment on previous experiences, but if there truly were customer service issues, I think management is definitely making an effort to ensure their customers are well taken care of.

4. My husband then contacted the front desk again and advised them if it was not taken care of that he would just contact the police by dialing 911 and that the hotel could just deal with the police when they got there.

7. You might go to airport and then take chattel to down town and metroThe hotel had two building that at least 7 minutes walk, be careful at the time of booking.
