3. I have a feeling some of the complainers were probably drunk, tired, didn't have the room key handy, and when security just wanted to confirm for safety reasons, the guests copped an attitude.

4. As soon as you pop in the lobby for any reason you are greeted and asked if there is anything they can do for you, whether it is getting you something to drink or helping you get transportation.

8. For some reason, it took a long time for this to be settled, and I left the hotel a bit annoyed with the staff.

9. Any leftover money on the wine card cannot be refunded, which I was a bit upset about because I saw no reason why they couldn't provide a refund.
