1. When we got there, the real surprises began - no check-in desk, no standing in line, just a friendly man with an iPad giving us our key cards and pouring us complimentary wine.

3. Greeted warmly before I even got inside, friendly staff opened the door, prompt check in and on the way to my fantastic room; clean, more than comfortable, and a quick trip up to the rooftop bar; amazing view, and even better was the service.
