1. I never had to open a door for myself during my entire stay, while the staff practically fell over themselves making sure I was having a nice time.

7. Once we returned to the hotel around 9:30pm after enjoying a nice dinner at Pannevinos, we were asked to show our room key several times during our incredibly short journey from the hotel lobby to our 5th floor room.
