9. The staff are very helpful and always talk to you when you enter the hotel (which actually can be a little annoying if you are not in the mood to talk - as I wasn't when I had a horror tour and they asked me how it was and I wanted to say 'terrible' but I lied and said it was fine and quickly went to the lifts to save the hassle).

10. I'll list the pros and cons below:Pros:-hotel location - it's close to heaps of restaurants and shops-free soft drinks, water & some snacks each day -free car to drive you to close by places (however you can't book in advance, you just have to wait and see if it's available when you want to go)- good size roomsCons:-location - yes it's close to stuff, but in the evening walking around I felt quite uneasy as several questionable people seem to be in the area - not helped by the fact that I saw cops arresting a guy out the front of a CVS store near the hotel-the $150 per night hold they put on your card for incidentals - $150 per night ARE YOU KIDDING ME? I'm there by myself, what on earth am I going to spend $150 a night on? Most hotels only block off $50 a night.
