3. Nice location - across from small boat harbor and just two miles west of the airport (very convenient if you need to get to the airport early in the morning as I did).

4. But, this mangement company has maintained this beautiful property and it was a trip down nostagia-way with a few updated, modern conveniences such as: Complimenatry WiFi, USA Today newspaper, Free Lunch, Dinner and Drink coupons everyday of my stay.

5. Further, I was able to get a couple of post race beer for the runners at the bottleshop on the premises cheaper than if I'd driven to a convenience store or in a restaurant.
