3. The location is what makes good, it is so conveniently located, 2 short blocks to the waterfront, information booth and cruise ship terminal, 1/2 block to the blue line train (MTR) and 3 blocks to Little Italy (at a moderate walking pace, ten minutes at most) to some really great restaurants .
