3. On checkout the clerk said that Hyatt had just started offering a quiet floor that guests can request; however, there is nothing on their website that shows this as an option.

9. Very quiet even though in the busy part of town -- we had a nice room towards the end of the hall on one of the top floors of the south tower with a magnificent, sweeping view of the bay.
