1. The onsite food is very expensive and most of it was at best mediocre, but a 5 minute walk away you can get far better food at far better prices.

3. This hotel is mostly lobby (beautiful) as the rooms are only slightly better than a new Hampton Inn.

6. Sixth, we asked the concierge to book a restaurant for us and they talked us out of the restaurant we had researched on-line, and promised a better experience somewhere else.

7. The location of the hotel is wonderful and the view is gorgeous, but there are other hotels on the same strip that may have better service and more updates.

10. Tub faucet was coming away from the wall - I didn't complain, because it didn't affect me at all; but I'd expect better from a Grand Hyatt.
