1. Housekeeping came into the room for turn down service that was not requested and then, for whatever reason, took our cellphone charger and placed it in lost and found.

4. The executive suite was not ADA, but was roomy, and as we were there for just one night, we felt this was a reasonable accommodation, and at least reflected some concern on behalf of the staff.

5. Still the front desk staff makes up for this and if you are looking for a European style hotel near things to do (ie Fifth Street, heart of San Diego downtown) this is a very reasonable place and I did get a great rate on Priceline.
