4. Any staff we spoke to were pleasant, and the room was nicely cleaned and decorated (not our normal taste, but lavish style in keeping with the hotel's theme and fun for a change), with chocolates delivered in the early evening.

If you can get a room for a good price as we did the amenities charge is neither here nor there and although paying for wifi and water which is, as other reviewers have pointed out, provided free in other good hotels, can seem a bit much, the delightful atmosphere, incredible decor in the lobby and the highly efficient, very pleasant staff make it very much worth choosing.

9. They checked and discovered not to my surprise that they didn't have mt room available, the very pleasant woman on the front desk suggest I leave my luggage, and call back around lunch time and they should be able to get me in.

10. The hotel itself is elegant, staff are very pleasant but be very cautious about locking yourself in as apparently some new employees are not aware that they should not enter.
