1. Free internet which is excellant (saves $15 a day or so) Staff in general were pretty helpful, though not all that engaging except in the bar and front desk.

7. We were able to check in quickly and when we got to the room I had a little trouble with the key (an actual key, the first I've seen at a hotel in years but with an interesting design) but after a few tries we were able to get in our room which was very generously sized.

8. The room size is very generous by any standard and the bathroom were separated into a powder room which was great to maneuver with the little one.

10. In general staff seem to be pleasant if a little short and mostly from countries where English is not the primary language so if that is something you look for then don't come here.
