4. On our last night, some construction crew woke us up at 1:00 AM and were erecting some kind of scaffold in order for a new roof to be implemented.

8. I almost always stay at the W when i am in San Diego which may not have as much charm as the US Grant but it is comfortable, clean, and new.

10. A few 'buts' -- the room(s) had new high def TVs but high def hadn't been activated; apparently it's coming soon.
