1. It was removed enough from the Gas Lamp in order for the nights to be quiet.

10. Higher floors are quiet, but on another stay with a room on the second floor, I heard alot of street noise (usually loud partiers from the nearby gaslamp walking past the hotel)The one huge bogie is the parking - a $30 valet charge (self is not an option).
