1. The location is convenient to most downtown places, but its a decent walk to the convention center or baseball stadium.

7. This building's a converted bank, and offers solid walls and a decent location as well as all the usual Courtyard amenities (free wired & wireless internet, guest laundry, helpful staff etc.
