1. The only other downtown Courtyard that even comes close is the Courtyard in the old historic building in the French Quarter in new Orleans.

8. A bit steep but it is a crowded downtown area and there didn't look to be much secure free parking near by so we paid it, our SUV survived with no new scars which was relief.
