5. The location is so peaceful [except on the morning of the Rock & Roll Marathon which goes right by the building at Mile 2, and then the location's just plain fun], and the neighborhood's so tranquil compared to the congestion and stress of the big hotels along the marina.

6. Someone I know who has no sense of adventure, imagination or fun (she lives on a golf course in a planned community) stayed here once on my recommendation and found it 'disturbing' which means it is perfect for people like me.
