1. I did not like the cleaning technique of stripping all the rooms at the same time because I returned to my room for a nap & my bed was undone & by the time it was done I had to return to my convention.

4. Normally I'm not that picky about it, but it quite literally seemed like the maid service must have been smoking in there during the day while I was in conference.

5. So i told her that the guy last night made it seem like I could be responsible for my room being burgularized, & i explained how he didn't even want to put me into another room.

6. She then said something that really cut me deep, which was 'well our attitudes changed when the detective came this morning & he didn't see how someone could open the door thru the window, so i'd like to be able to charge u for the $250 window we replaced but i really can't unless the report is finished.

8. while the police were there, the front desk guy came over & said 'this looks like someone had to have had a key', & i'm like, what does that mean? He said that it would be hard to open the door thru the window, & i agreed so that means an employee did it or they had some special tool that would aide them in the difficult task of opening the door thru the broken window.

9. I'm like, for what? So the next morning i go to the lobby & ANNA, the GM, is there behind front desk & i introduce myself as the guy in roomXXX who was burgularized last night.

10. The San Antonio Health Office should visit this place as well as the Tourism office, San Antonio is a Great place to vacation but a hotel like this gives them a bad name.
