8. WE SPENT 3/4S OF OUR LAST DAY OF OUR VACATION WHICH WAS SUPPOUSED TO BE SPENT AT SEA WORLD WITH OUR DAUGHTER STRAIGHTENING OUT THE SITUATION WITH THE FRONT DESK WITH ABSOLUTELY NO RESOLUTION EXECPT WE CANNOT HELP YOU.
