5. When I explained I needed one to claim for expenses, they didn't seem to care, and just gave me a copy of the sheet I had signed when I registered - the best they could do apparently.

6. Check-in was easy, but it was decided to extend my stay an extra day; however, in order to secure the best rate ($44), I couldn't book it through the front desk, I had to either go online and do it, or call an 800 number, which I thought was kind of dumb, just to get the same rate.

9. We tried to resolve the issue with the manager but the best answer we got is that we did not have to stay there but she would not refund our reservation price which we had to pay in full when we made the reservations several weeks earlier.
