2. When I explained I needed one to claim for expenses, they didn't seem to care, and just gave me a copy of the sheet I had signed when I registered - the best they could do apparently.

' At that point i told her that all i ever wanted was for someone in that hotel to say 'i'm so sorry that happened to you, we're going to switch you rooms where u can feel safe & you won't have to worry about anything', but the treatment i received was 'ok, who cares, i'd charge u for the damages if i could, have a nice day'.

6. Immediately i realized this must happen alot @ this property & they really don't care at all about me, my safety, or my experience as a patron there @ their hotel.
