1. This suggested that, although other staff had a great attitude, management were quite happy to make a fast buck out of their day conference trade at the expense of ordinary guests.

3. I have to admit that i was further impressed by the housekeeping staff for there hardwork keeping me and other guests happy with there Keep Clean and In Order attitude.

Next day not happy with my room, they told me that when I reserve with a third party (AMERICAN EXPRESS) they can't guarantee me the reservation, which is not what American Express told me, to call later to see what can be done, called them and they told me that I had reserved a handicap room, they could of easily moved me, and tell the next guest the same story.

7. This holiday inn did not offer breakfast, they charged 11 bucks a person for a very mediocre breakfast buffet, and their happy hour was in a room on the third floor which made it awkward as me and my wife walked in and there were a few couples sitting on a couch watching the news.

8. Something that stood out about all of those was that they all offered free breakfast, and the latter two offered very spacious rooms and a happy hour (both actually went for 2 hours) for guests to enjoy free alcoholic beverages and their rates were on the lower end of the scale.

AFTER Reading all the bad reviews I was very happy, We got our room from priceline everyone was great,they provided a microwave fridge androll away bed on request, the matress works better on the floor than the springs, no extra charge, it is quitea walk to the river walk, had no problem with the hotel or service, We A RE Very PLEASED,PS DONT ORDER THE PIZZA FROM THE FLYERS UNDER THE DOOR.
