1. When we arrived there was hair in the tub and the toilet had a 'fresh' stain in it, so I doubt it was cleaned before we checked in.

3. The back of the bathroom door also seemed to have been overlooked in the general cleaning - you could see the outline of a greasy handprint on it along with some sort of dirty, crusty looking streak.

4. The one thing I would say was that our room seemed to be in need of a good thorough cleaning, the carpets were grey looking but I think this could have been remedied with a good shampooing.
