1. It was very uncomfortable, i paid to be there; at least smile and say 'welcome to Hampton inn, how may I help you' and not 'what-chou need?' Oh, and be sure they set up your card keys correctly; i had to get mine done 3 times.

4. They had freshly baked cookies out one evening, we didn't know if this was something they did every night and we just missed it the other times or just a once-in-a-while thing but it was a welcome touch (and delicious.
