1. The bath tub suggests that it is an older hotel (nothing wrong with the tub, that's just the part of the room hotels are least likely to change during a remodel).

4. What I didn't like: 1) room prices - my aunt book 1 day before us and the same size room but hers was $119 and ours $139.

6. The room we stayed in was obviously just painted because it smelled like paint, other than the paint, there did not seem to be any other renovations.

10. The location actually was around a 5 minute walk from the Riverwalk, so the potential is good, but they'd have to change a lot (like flatten it) to make me stay there again.
