3. But, I had to switch rooms due to a broken heater and the one in my new room didn't work well, I had plumbing issues, the Pay for View didn't work, and the overall hotel was dingy and stained.

7. It does not have the same amenities as an upscale hotel may have (does not claim to be upscale), but it does have a friendly staff, a nice, new breakfast area (free breakfast), free internet, free parking, and comfortable rooms.
