1. Rates are reasonable ($20/night), and it was never difficult finding a spot even with 2 medical conventions going on in the hotel.

7. Luckily, the Hotwire rates were very reasonable and we certainly got our money's worth; however, it was not something I would have been happy paying rack rates for, and we all found it fairly disappointing for their reputation.

The valet staff was really rude - wouldn't go get my car until I showed my driver's license since I didn't have my claim check stub but could tell them the car make model, license number, claim number, etc and that was even after the lady had seen me bring the car back 2 hours earlier and my license was with my husband in his wallet since I didn't carry a purse the whole time for safety reasons.
