Staff are still friendly and very inefficient (booking difficulties - changed booking and they ended up changing my credit card twice; watch the 14 day cancellation policy; very fancy coffee maker made terrible tasting coffee - when reception phoned to check on us, they said they had been having problems with coffee makers since they were cleaned, so brought us a different one.

2. Plenty of kids activities and family activities like square dancing, magic shows, wine tasting, live bands by the pool, arts and crafts, wine and cheese parties, etc.
