1. Parking was easy, right outside your building and all staff we encountered were very helpful and friendly.

4. The pool facility wth steam and saunt rooms, hot tub, pool w/slides and th Rattle Snake River that you ride on tubes was fun (this is very kid friendly - gentle and not rapid.
