1. The Hyatt Wild Oak Ranch seemed to get a lot of good reviews on TripAdvisor so we booked it at a good rate and from the Hyatt website description we expected a great experience.

9. The pull-out was fairly good quality as pullouts go, but we had expected two full size beds as per our stay in Hyatt Pinon Pointe (Sedona, AZ) a year earlier - we asked about that and were told that half the rooms have pullout couches and half have 2 beds - and that we should have asked ahead of time to "request" the two beds.

10. The lazy river was fun, and never to crowded, JB's restaurant had good food, a little pricey, but considering it's proximity, not too bad.
