4. For some reason, even though the rooms were booked with different names and different credit cards, they put both rooms in my name and would not let my parents check-in.

6. Apparently, the towel hut employees that issue the wristbands to allow use of the slides and certain other members of staff disagree on reasonable use of the slides.
