7. I didn't have any help although disabled getting my luggage from 11th floor to the P2 parking garage.

8. Also, the hotel does offer some 'complimentary' appetizers and desserts at some of the local restaurants so if traveling with a group this can help save a few bucks.

10. On this topic, Lorrie at the front counter was helpful with restaurant recommendations (don't miss Luciano's as you exit to the rear heading to the patio & Riverwalk), directions and mailing some correspondence for me during my stay.
