1. The hotel itself was nice - lobby was great, my room was nice but I was not happy about the customer service and the elevators that I have to give this hotel only a 2 star.

The only things that bothered me were that I wish there would have been a refrigerator in the room and second I didn't have a room service menu so my son and I had to go down to the bar to order and after being at Sea World for 12 hours I was not in the mood to go down there to order so I wasn't very happy.
