4. The reason I liked this one better than the Marriott River Center is that it over looked the actual river walk, which is the main attraction.

7. We had requested 2 beds and were told that even though it was noon we had better take the room by the elevator now as opposed to waiting for one farther away, as they were overbooked by 14 rooms wanting 2 beds versus one king.

9. They have extended the riverwalk now all the way up to the Pearl Brewry and the art museum, although its only the Water Taxi (so much better than the Rio San Antonio Cruises) goes the distance.
