1. From the crisply uniformed, friendly and attentive staff to the quick response to any request we had, the Hotel Contessa offered exactly what we were looking for all packaged in a suite filled with texture, color, warmth and charm.

8. Lastly, to make the stay even better, valet parking did major damage to my car bumper and refused to take responsibility for it.

9. Now several days after the incident, I have not heard from the valet company and the hotel has not bothered to call me either to find out if its contractor has acted responsibly to resolve this issue.
