1. This is not to say the service at the front desk was not efficient, but just a suggestion how an arriving guest is greeted sets the stage for the guest feeling welcomed.

9. Cons: Beds and pillows were uncomfortable, bed sheets were older, several of the outlets were broken, one of the lamps was missing its light bulb, another lamp had a broken light bulb, and front desk was not very efficient.
