4. Small issues, like the phone did not work in the living area; the tv in the living area kept loosing signal; The beds are VERY firm, so if you need something softer, bring a feather mattress or something.

5. We watched the Christmas Boat parade from the terrace of the hotel, and this was an excellent view and we did not require tickets like those who had purchased $$$$ reserved seating down on the river.

6. Never once did I feel neglected or like the hotel staff 'slipped' in anyway.

7. The Hotel was at a quieter end of the riverwalk which is nice if you don't like the noise, but you did have to walk a few blocks to get to some of the nightlife which wasn't a problem.
