6. Room was immaculately clean, food was affordable AND good (I lived in SF, I don't say that often), staff was friendly and helpful, room was big which I do not normally care about ~ but is worth mentioning.

7. I'm not sure how this happened because every other time we entered or exited, someone was always available and helpful; 2) service in the Garden Cafe was quite slow a few times, very slow one time.
