1. One failure, upon my first mornings shower the drain filled up quickly, no problem as I was assured by 2 front desk persons it would be taken care of.

2. Room was immaculately clean, food was affordable AND good (I lived in SF, I don't say that often), staff was friendly and helpful, room was big which I do not normally care about ~ but is worth mentioning.

3. ) At a 5 star hotel, the answer to a simple guest inquiry like this one should have been 'I'll take care of that for you' NOT 'You need to speak with X but he's not in right now.

4. Be careful when asking for transportation to the airport though as we got stuck in a van (we asked for a taxi) and it was not worth the $30.
