4. Room was immaculately clean, food was affordable AND good (I lived in SF, I don't say that often), staff was friendly and helpful, room was big which I do not normally care about ~ but is worth mentioning.

5. Management could step it up on a couple issues and the hotel should be redone soon to keep up with new, fresh, clean hotels that are popping up (although SLC doesn't have many, that's for sure).

6. Our iPod was nowhere to be found after our room was cleaned one day; although 'Hotel Security' looked into the matter, it was still claimed that housekeeping had nothing to do with it.
