1. All is well, except for the general ventilation of the builiding - may be due to the fact that it is an old building? I felt that the general ventilation for the 6th floor (especially common corridors and room) is not really good as there is a persistent odour (or sewage).

3. So realizing it is a long wknd for most people, I waited patiently for the general manager to call me back after leaving her a few messages, it is now wednesdy and i have not received a call yet.

9. \n\nThere are lots of areas of peeling wallpaper, cracked fixtures, paint bubbles, and generally failing facilities.
