It was clear even from my initial call to Angela to inquire about the property that they care deeply about their guests and their hotel, and they went out of their collective way to make us (not just my daughter and me but everyone I saw checking in or out or even just passing through the lobby) feel welcome and comfortable--like old friends--not intruders interrupting their conversations or disrupting their days (or nights).
