3. The reason for the 4 stars is, for 100$+ a night, we could have used slightly more room, less water splashing in the bathroom, and atleast some breakfast in the morning.

9. Only reason they don't get 5 stars are the noisy trains going by - but they also make the location even more convenient.

10. Two reasons why this hotel doesn't get a higher rating 1) noise-while it's on the light rail line this is a blessing and also a problem.
