7. Chambermaids were less impressive: we left our room at 8am and returned after 1 to find it still had not been cleaned; it actually took until after 5pm before a maid came to our door, at which point we were getting ready for dinner.

Our experience was great- front desk staff was so friendly and courteous, the doorman always greeted us like we were regulars and the housekeeping staff really impressed us when they left another set of towels for us the 2nd day (after they must have realized we were 4 in there making due with 3 sets.
