1. Our room was clean, quiet, and comfortable, and the bed was luxurious, unless you are not a fan of feather pillows (as my wife is).

5. For a city hotel it's pretty quiet, the beds are comfy, the room was very clean, and the staff was very helpful and efficient - they even printed my departure flight boarding pass for me at the front desk the night before I checked out.
