1. Our room had a comfy memory foam bed, lush bedding and bathroom linens, a great desk chair, but an extra lounge chair crammed into the corner of the bed blocking one of the night tables.

10. For a city hotel it's pretty quiet, the beds are comfy, the room was very clean, and the staff was very helpful and efficient - they even printed my departure flight boarding pass for me at the front desk the night before I checked out.
