6. first the good - 1) room was clean - I like having the sinks outside the bathroom to enable people to be more efficient - bathroom worked well2) business center was good - easy to print boarding passes3) shuttle to airport was great, quick ride4) grounds were very clean and water fountain outside was nice - lobby was also goodnow the bad1) air conditioner is extremely loud, its an older model that doesn't have a digital temperature so its harder to maintain your desired setting2) breakfast room is extremely crowded3) while most of the service was good, there was a young lady at the front desk both afternoons who was awful - fake/rude/unsincere - she made going to the front desk an experience I dreaded - while I've got her name don't feel like trashing her in public.
