After this stupid ordeal caused by not one, but two employees who didn`t bother to pay attention and do their jobs correctly, now they want me to change rooms just so that what they have in the computer will be correct? I never got an apology that night, but the next morning when I checked out, the second woman was at the desk and apologized.
