1. While I didn't try out the pool, I did visit the spa and both were clean and had lots of towels available.

7. It's not fancy or super updated, but it's clean, the rooms are big - they kindly upgraded me to a room with a kitchenette, and the staff is friendly - the breakfast staff in particular went out of their way to make me feel welcome.
