4. The restaurant in the hotel serves a wonderful Northwest menu-the Chef is a Regional James Beard award winner, the food is terrific-had a crab mango salad for lunch that is best I have EVER had, breakfasts were great, and the service is friendly, attentive and very knowledgable.
